One thing I love about traveling are the new faces you meet along the way. Making memories via 35 mm film on the other side of the country, which included but not limited to: stopping by all the flagship stores of my favorite brands, walking across the Brooklyn Bridge (though I have to note Golden Gate is rather more appealing), finally meeting the lady head behind the label, Uye Surana, after countless e-mails shared back and forth, attending Brahmin's Fall Fashion preview with Rachel, Empire State Building, trying out famed yummy desserts, Coney Island, visiting the Bollare showroom and meeting Kristen, standing in line for a Broadway show, lunching at cafes, making Starbucks our homebase, shopping at Beacon's Closet, Times Square at night and eating my first slice of New York pizza.
By the end of this trip, I was only reaffirmed of my desire to pack my bags and move to this city in 4 years time. But fret not, I'm looking forward to be back in less than two weeks for NYFW!
